FP&A Manager

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for overseeing enterprise financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic financial analysis. The role provides management with timely insights on financial performance against budget and forecast, highlights key business trends, and supports strategic decision-making across the organization. This position plays a critical role in the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting, capital expenditure evaluation, and enterprise-wide financial reporting, while working closely with business unit leaders to ensure alignment with the companys strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting & Performance Analysis Prepare and present monthly management reports on enterprise financial performance against budget and forecast.
