Core AI Skills Strong experience in AI / GenAI / Agentic AI solution design . Experience designing AI-led engineering workflows. Hands-on understanding of prompt engineering, AI orchestration, validation workflows, and output governance. Ability to define AI agents, workflows, guardrails, and review mechanisms. Understanding of hallucination mitigation and human-in-the-loop validation. Modernization Skills Experience in large-scale application modernization or legacy transformation.
