VMware and Windows Server Administrator

Responsibilities Peraton is looking for an experienced VMware and Windows Server Administrator to provide operational support for the customer’s enterprise environment. This role provides daily operational and project support for the customer’s Windows server and VMware environment. Position is 8-5 ET and requires participating in a 24/7 on-call schedule. Evaluate, recommend, and implement changes to existing technologies and new technologies relevant to meeting the strategic and tactical plans of the organization. Maintain virtualization infrastructure including provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, automation, and maintenance of systems, hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Maintain stability of environment by performing regularly scheduled maintenance (hardware/software) patching and upgrades.
