Job Summary The Head of Business Intelligence leads the enterprise BI and reporting function, transforming organizational data into reliable insights, dashboards, management reporting, and decision-support tools. Within Insurance & Investments, the role supports business performance across underwriting, claims, customer analytics, finance, risk, compliance, investment performance, portfolio management, and executive reporting. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the enterprise Business Intelligence strategy and roadmap. Lead BI, reporting, data visualization, and management-information functions. Establish enterprise-wide reporting standards, KPIs, metrics, and data definitions. Develop executive dashboards and performance-management solutions. Lead self-service BI and analytics adoption across business functions. Design and manage: Enterprise dashboards Management reports Operational reporting Executive reporting KPI scorecards Performance analytics Regulatory reporting solutions Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams on data warehouses, data lakes, data marts, ETL/ELT, APIs, and data integration.
