Data/ BI Analyst

Summary Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, is seeking a Data / BI Analyst to build performance dashboards and monthly performance reports for facility maintenance operations (resolution time, first-time fix, emergency response, preventive maintenance compliance, parts fill rate, data completeness and customer satisfaction), along with failure and lifecycle analyses that guide improvement. This is an immediate opening. Essential Functions Define performance baselines, calculation rules and exclusions with the Government customer, and report by request priority, asset class and zone. Build and maintain operational dashboards that show source timestamps and data sync status. Produce monthly performance and cost-avoidance reports. Analyze failure codes and repeat visits, and support parts-demand planning using historical work-request data. Validate data for accuracy, completeness and timeliness before publishing reports. Document metric definitions, calculation rules and data sources in a data dictionary. Protect sensitive data and follow data privacy and controlled unclassified information (CUI) handling practices.
