JerseySTEM is a mission-driven professional network of pro-bono contributors dedicated to improving access to STEM education and career pathways for underserved middle school girls in New Jersey. Overview JerseySTEM is seeking a member to operate our HRIS stack —the set of tools that powers our Human Resources operations of our all pro-bono member-driven organization. This role focuses on integration across platforms, leveraging automation , and building a lean team to sustain and scale these efforts .
