Responsibilities The Newborn Hearing Screen Manager works closely with the AVP, Regional Operations to drive optimum organizational dynamics, financial performance, operational efficiency, hospital contracting, safety advocacy, and oversight in the assigned region. The Market Manager has direct oversight for Site Supervisors and Hearing Screen Coordinators and is the primary driver to the successful integration of team members into one Pediatrix culture and ideology through efficient and effective management of all Hearing Screen Operations.
