Growth and Business Development Lead

Quad Med is looking for a Growth and Business Development Lead to join our growing team. This is a remote role with some travel to Wisconsin required. GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB The Growth and Business Development Lead supports Quad Med’s growth objectives through business development, relationship-building, sales technology and CRM optimization, seller enablement, sales operations, pipeline management, reporting, and market development. This role identifies and develops potential business opportunities through lead-generation activities, referrals, market relationships, research, and networking, while facilitating appropriate qualification, follow-up, and handoff to Sales. The role also serves as a lead operational resource for the tools, data, campaigns, workflows, and processes that enable seller effectiveness and support pipeline development. The Growth and Business Development Lead partners closely with the Vice Presidents of Growth, Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to improve sales effectiveness and support business growth.
