Staff Software Engineer, Billing and Monetization

What are we looking for? Hercules is looking for a Staff Billing and Monetization engineer to build and own our billing, payments, and monetization infrastructure. What will you do? You will own everything billing and monetization at Hercules Billing and subscriptions: Plans, subscriptions, entitlements, prorations, credits, and one-time charges Usage-based billing: AI credits, Cloud credits, usage metering, and overage charges. Payments and providers: Integrations with popular payment providers like Stripe, Adyen, Paypal and other popular payment providers. Our goal is to support as many payment methods and currencies as we can Hercules Commerce : The billing and payment capabilities our customers can use inside their apps to transact with their customers. Similar to Stripe Connect Latency, reliability, and scale: Fast, resilient infrastructure with robust webhook processing, retries, and reconciliation as usage and transaction volumes grow What skills do we expect you to have?
