Job Summary Program Analyst, Informatics Senior-Level, Operational Informatics Pipeline (OIP) Job Summary: Aptive seeks a Program Analyst, Informatics Senior-Level to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI) on the Operational Informatics Pipeline (OIP) contract. You will plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of OCI interoperability programs and operations, and turn what you find into recommendations that improve how Veteran health information is exchanged and used. The role supports the Interoperability specialty area, including Veterans Health Information Exchange (VHIE) operations, exchange partner management, and VA commitments under the Veteran Interoperability Pledge and the Elizabeth Dole Act. You will work within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Release Trains alongside interoperability specialists, terminologists, and VA Business Owners.
