Instructor-Led Training Specialist: Development and Facilitation

Responsibilities Sargent & Lundy is forming a new team within the Training & Development group. This team will complement our existing Instructional Design and Training Implementation teams, providing dedicated support to internal and external instructor-led training initiatives for our Nuclear Power Group. In this position, you’ll act as a client-facing learning consultant who partners closely with subject-matter specialists to design, develop, and facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid courses and labs for highly technical and regulated environments. You may also develop job aids, infographics, and short videos to supplement live training. You’ll apply your expertise in how people learn to create solutions that enable your audiences to continuously develop their skills and perform confidently on the job. Your work will target two primary learner audiences: 1) S&L personnel within NPG engineering and design disciplines and 2) S&L’s external clients within the nuclear industry.
