Infrastructure Engineer - Remote

Overview The Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for the administration, support, engineering, and continuous improvement of enterprise communication and collaboration platforms. This role focuses on voice services, Microsoft Teams Phone, Operator Connect, RingCentral Fax, conferencing technologies, meeting room solutions, audio/visual systems, office technology deployments, and business communication workflows. Approximately 70% of this role is dedicated to unified communication, voice, conferencing, audio/visual systems, and meeting room technologies, with the remaining 30% focused on communication workflow support, documentation, vendor coordination, and operational process improvement.
