IS Applications Analyst - IS CRCA RC APP - Remote

Positions at this level serve as Epic application subject matter experts for Cadence and Prelude, applying advanced knowledge of healthcare operations, clinical/business workflows, and Epic system functionality to support a large, integrated healthcare organization. Analysts are responsible for designing, building, testing, implementing, and optimizing Epic applications and related technologies to meet operational, regulatory, and organizational needs. Independently analyze user requests, workflow requirements, and business objectives to develop effective system solutions for moderately complex initiatives. Lead and support small to medium-sized projects, upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution efforts while ensuring alignment with organizational standards, best practices, and Epic Foundation recommendations. Collaborate with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate workflow impacts, configure system functionality, and implement process improvements.
