Litigation Employment Attorney Career Consulting Partners has teamed up with a large plaintiff-side litigation law firm with its Headquarters in Glendale and offices in New York, Seattle, Newark, Denver, Portland, and Chicago. We are looking for anexperienced Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of civil litigation experience in Oregon. This role focuses on representing employees in wage and hour disputes, discrimination, FEHA claims, and complex class actions. The ideal candidate will manage active caseloads through all phases of litigation, including high-level discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances. Key Responsibilities Represent employee clients in state and federal court hearings, oral arguments, mediations, and trial proceedings. Formulate and respond to comprehensive written discovery; prepare for, take, and defend depositions of clients, opposing witnesses, and corporate representatives. Draft pleadings, motions for class certification, oppositions to motions for summary judgment, and appellate briefs.
