Regional Builder Manager (87725) Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the development and ongoing management of relationships with Builders with the specific objective to build referral partners and loan volume for our Mortgage Sales Teams. Will work in conjunction with Mortgage Sales Teams to develop and coordinate the prospect and client list, calling efforts and business management and operating rhythms. Act as liaison with operations, product, risk and learning to grow construction perm/reno/condo utilization and market share. Will oversee loan officer product training and market intelligence. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined.
