RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned client portfolio across the full clientlifecycle — from activation and adoption through renewal and expansion Lead SBR and executive-facing updates; align Veradigm capabilities to client business prioritiesand strategic goals Proactively manage client health; identify at-risk accounts, own recovery plans, and coordinatecross-functional response Drive cross-sell and upsell identification within the portfolio; document opportunities in Salesforceand collaborate with Sales to advance pipeline Manage the renewal cycle with forward-looking forecast visibility; execute retention strategiesthat protect and grow portfolio revenue Resolve escalated support, contractual, and financial issues on behalf of clients; serve as theprimary internal advocate for client needs Compensation Range: $76,836-
