Company : enGen Job Description : JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for leading and managing teams of analysts and software engineers supporting the Clinical and Provider applications. The teams are a hybrid model of on-shore and off-shore resources. The Manager collaborates extensively with the Operations areas, the clients, Product Engineering and Infrastructure areas. This role involves guiding the team in optimizing system performance, ensuring high system availability, and delivering solutions that streamline clinical workflows and enhance the provider and patient experience. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts and software engineers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
