Role: ServiceNow Architect – ITOM Total Experience: 8+ Years Location: Offshore Work Mode: Offshore Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST Certification: Not Mandatory Overview The ServiceNow ITOM Architect will design, architect, and deliver scalable ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform , ensuring performance, governance, and integration across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Architect and lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB Define ITOM architecture, CMDB governance, and data models Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and IntegrationHub Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and monitoring tools Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and guidance to development teams Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions Support presales activities including solution design, estimations, and technical workshops Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of IT experien…
