Program Manager, Membership & Engagement — Latin America

Position Description Connect Centric is seeking a Program Manager, Latin America to support the growth of our client’s regional presence, engagement, and member value, with a focus on Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile. You will execute regional strategy, contribute market insights, support member acquisition and retention, and strengthen engagement with international and student chapters. You will work closely with global teams, volunteer leaders, faculty advisors, and external partners to expand reach and deliver meaningful member experiences. Spanish proficiency is required; Portuguese proficiency is strongly preferred.
