Sr. Contracts Manager

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Contract Manager to own the full lifecycle of commercial contracting at HeroDevs while flexing into the broader legal operations that keep the business moving. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Channel & Alliances, Marketing, Operations, and Engineering, and work directly with senior leadership to provide strategic guidance across both revenue and non-revenue based contracts. Key Responsibilities Lead deal design conversations for complex and unique use-cases, partnering with Sales and go-to-market teams to structure creative, compliant commercial agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including services, consulting, marketing, licensing, non-disclosure, data privacy, and other commercial and technology-related agreements. Conduct risk analysis of contractual terms and recommend mitigating strategies. Partner with the SVP of Channel & Alliances on the legal structure of channel, partner, and reseller relationships.
