Position: VP of Marketing – Medicare / Health Insurance Location: Remote – United States Compensation: Salary – Starting at $250K + Bonus VP of Marketing – Medicare / Health Insurance About the Role MPA (formerly MyPlanAdvocate ) is a fast-growing Medicare distribution platform serving licensed professionals, agencies, and beneficiaries nationwide. Now expanding into Life and ancillary products, with AI-driven lead scoring and real-time performance routing built in-house. The VP of Marketing owns MPA's end-to-end paid acquisition strategy and is directly accountable for the Acquire business's gross margin performance and a P&L-owning leadership role at the center of how MPA connects consumers with the right licensed professional at the right time. Key Responsibilities Acquisition Strategy and Channel Ownership Own the end-to-end strategy for all paid acquisition channels, including Paid Search, Social, Native, and Affiliate media. Translate company-level targets into clear channel-level goals and execution plans tied to gross margin, efficiency, volume, and quality.
