This role partners with Revenue Cycle Operations, clients, and the analytics team to understand business needs, develop reports, validate data accuracy, and communicate findings. The Senior Data Analyst performs complex analyses, supports reporting initiatives, and contributes to data-driven decision making across Revenue Cycle Operations. This position requires a solid understanding of Revenue Cycle processes, healthcare reporting, and analytical techniques. The Senior Data Analyst works independently on assigned projects while collaborating with team members and business partners to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable reporting.
