The Retirement Plan Counselor is responsible for delivering on-site and virtual education and enrollment presentations to new and existing defined contribution 401(k)/(a), 403(b), and/or Government 457 plan participants across all plan sizes. The Counselor leverages Empower ’s industry leading technology and tools to drive positive results and help employees strive for a successful retirement.
