The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow NowAssist (Generative AI capabilities) and good exposure to SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules. Implement Generative AI use cases within ServiceNow platform. Customize and enhance workflows across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules. Integrate NowAssist with knowledge articles, virtual agents, and case management. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather AI-driven automation requirements.
