Your Role Watch first:A Day in the Life of a Client Experience Associate Answer inbound calls for our clients' businesses from home. You'll capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments, and send messages to clients. Handle a range of call types, including standard answering, Active Response (where a message pops up and you are to make an outbound call to someone), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting, and legal intake calls. You'll be trained on each one. Expect a steady, fast pace. Calls often come in back-to-back, and we measure performance by quality, accuracy, ready %, and after-call work time.
