This position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Patient Assistance Center Pre Registration team, ensuring efficient access operations, consistent service delivery, staff readiness, and alignment with organizational revenue cycle goals. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and report on key metrics, including but not limited to secure rates, days out, authorization initiate to complete, secured rates, no authorization denial trends, call center metrics, and department productivity. Proactively perform root cause analyses and develop action plans when metrics do not meet internal goals or industry best practices.
