Job Title: Accounting Specialist (Bookkeeping, AR & Payroll) Location | Remote Time Zone | US Central Time (CST) business hours Role Overview: We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to take over day-to-day accounting for a growing US business. You will handle billing, payroll, card reconciliation and bookkeeping in NetSuite, and work directly with the business owner and their CPA. Key Responsibilities: - Manage accounts receivable: bill customers and follow up on payments - Make sure employees are paid correctly and on time - Keep the books clean and up to date in NetSuite - Reconcile and categorize high-volume card transactions, with the busiest period from October to December - Support a smooth handover from the current accounting agency - Communicate directly with the business owner and their CPA Required Qualifications: - 3–4 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping - Hands-on experience with NetSuite Experience with accounts receivable, payroll and card reconciliation - Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle high transaction volumes - Strong written and s…
