Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities SafeGuard Services (SGS), a subsidiary of Peraton , performs data analysis, investigation, and medical review to detect, prevent, deter, reduce, and make referrals to recover fraud, waste, and abuse. We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst. What You’ll do: The position requires the individual to conduct research on internal case workload data and other sources of information; to create and revise reports that are responsive to customer requirements and ad hoc requests for information. The position is also responsible for supporting management by providing information, insight and recommendations for operational and systems changes needed to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of operations. The position is also needed to support contract teams and provide outreach and training as directed by management. The most competitive candidates will have: Ability to analyze data to identify and compare norms, trends and patterns. Ability to present issues of concern, and citing regulatory violations to support findings Ability to communicate effectively, internally and externally Ability to prioritize work to effectively adhere to strict timeliness requirements.
