Manager, Total Rewards

SUMMARY We're looking for a Total Rewards Leader to support our compensation, equity, retirement programs, and total rewards strategy. You'll partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to shape programs that help us attract, retain, and reward the people who make our staffing business run from internal associates to the talent we place every day. Location : Remote ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Manage compensation programs, including market benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, pay equity analysis, and annual compensation planning. Support the Company’s 401(k) plan and support related audits and compliance requirements. Support and lead a team of individual contributors to ensure seamless administration and delivery of Total Rewards programs. Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to improve processes, systems, and the overall employee experience. Champion a culture of wellbeing and recognition by creating, communicating, and enhancing Optimize HR systems and processes to provide seamless access to Total Rewards programs, reduce manual intervention, and enhance employee experience. …
