Python Team Lead, Integration team

We’re looking for a Python Team Lead to join our Integration team, which owns a broad set of critical integrations across the product. The team is responsible for integrations with KYC providers, geolocation services, payment methods, and other external systems that are essential to product operation and user experience. Our Stack : Python, Django, Postgres, Redis, Kafka, AWS Responsibilities Provide leadership for a team Take full ownership of backend features and improvements, from design through implementation, deployment, and production support Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services using Python and Django Build and maintain integrations with external systems, including KYC, geolocation, and payment partners, and other third-party services Work closely with product and engineering teams to scope and deliver new integrations Implement observability across integration flows, including monitoring, logging, and alerting Write unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability, prevent regressions, and improve overall test coverage and testing practices Support production issues and participate in on-call rotations Requirements Experience lea…
