Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values Values and understands the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion among all IMA associates. Supports overall Accounting and Finance department on special projects as directed. Assists in the roll-up of the corporate annual budget and quarterly forecast. Own monthly financial and management reporting for assigned divisions and departments, including Board representatives, with careful attention to detail, thoughtful examination, insightful discussion, and accuracy. Contributes to project/initiative, business case, and ad hoc scenario analyses to inform planning. Providing data, insights, and analytics to support the business in making the right data-driven decisions. Involvement with Finance & Accounting systems evolution. Achieve Subject Matter Expert status related to systems functionality and reporting. Assists in the participation of industry benchmarking studies. Assists with internal modeling structure providing insight and recommendation to facilitate evaluation of acquisition prospects as directed.
