Manager, Valuation

Position Summary Vista Equity Partners is seeking to hire a Manager to support the valuation function for Vista’s private equity investments. The manager will be responsible for the oversight and coordination of quarterly and monthly valuations. Successful candidates will have a strong foundation in generally accepted valuation approaches and a solid understanding of private equity funds and strategies. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role that requires thriving under tight deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and oral communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills, are also critical, as the Manager will regularly engage with colleagues across the Finance team and the broader firm, including firm leaders, investment professionals, and Investor Relations as well as external service providers.
