AutoCAD Drafter (Entry Level) Department: Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Client Compensation: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 / month Description The Pre-Construction Associate plays a key role in supporting architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams in the early phases of project development. This role combines technical drafting, project coordination, and pre-construction documentation to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements. Key Responsibilities Drafting & Design Support Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and multiple-view drafts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Convert sketches, hand-drawn concepts, and architectural notes into precise digital drawings. Ensure all designs comply with fabrication limitations, construction standards, and project specifications. Maintain and continuously update the AutoCAD block library. Pre-Construction Documentation Assist architects and engineers with estimating, plan takeoffs, crowdsourcing, bid preparation, and other pre-construction deliverables.
