Medical Office Manager - Primary Care Practice

We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager to support our client's Direct Primary Care practice. The ideal candidate brings prior hands-on experience in U.S. clinical administration, prior authorizations, and practice workflow design, with the leadership capability to establish back-office processes and communicate seamlessly with elderly patients. Key Responsibilities Process Design & Workflow Optimization: Map out, establish, and document end-to-end back-office systems and standard operating procedures (SOPs). EMR & Platform Integration: Configure and manage workflows across Elation , Spruce , and Hint —including determining proper form routing, patient intake procedures, and electronic signatures across platforms. Prior Authorizations & Insurance Verification: Handle end-to-end prior authorization submissions, appeals, and coverage verifications efficiently. Patient & Clinical Support: Manage patient communications with extreme patience and clarity, assist with intake forms, schedule appointments, handle medical records, referrals, and coordinate incoming/outgoing faxes.
