Job Description Summary: Manage and directly supervise assigned Ethics and Compliance Department staff to assist the Ethics and Compliance Program in satisfying the seven essential elements of an effective compliance program, including: (1) Assisting the Senior Director Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer and/or compliance committee as needed. (2) Developing, reviewing, and/or revising compliance policies and procedures, including Code of Conduct. (3) Assisting with the development and maintenance of open lines of communication. (4) Developing, delivering, and/or managing the delivery of appropriate specialized and general compliance training and education. (5) Responding to detected offenses.
