Salesforce Solutions Lead

This is a remote position. Overview : We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Leader to join our growing Salesforce practice across the US and Canada. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with sales and account teams to define Salesforce transformation strategies, lead discovery workshops, architect enterprise solutions, and support strategic pursuits, RFPs, and client presentations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers while developing solution proposals, effort estimates, statements of work (SOWs), business cases, and executive presentations. Key Responsibilities Partner with sales and account teams to drive Salesforce solutioning and pre-sales engagements. Lead client discovery sessions and define transformation roadmaps. Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. Support RFPs, proposals, solution demonstrations, and executive presentations. Develop effort estimates, SOWs, and business cases. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle and solution delivery.
