Senior Project Coordinator/Supervisor

Job Family: IT Project Management Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: We are seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator/ Supervisor to join our Project Management Office (PMO) to support and manage projects directly related to the execution of Federal Partner agency mission activities. This role will provide project coordination, operational, and documentation support to PMO leadership and collaborate with internal teams and federal stakeholders to manage cost estimation, proposal reviews, project delivery, reporting, onboarding, and process improvement activities. Key Responsibilities Manage project resources/direct reports and subcontractors, including work allocation monitoring of activities; timesheet approvals, performance support, professional development, resource activation, and timely completion of commitments. Support PMO leadership in coordinating activities and project operations directly related to the execution of Federal Partner agency mission objectives.
