About the Role We are seeking a patient-focused, organized Medical Receptionist & Scheduling Coordinator to manage high-volume inbound/outbound calls and front-desk administrative operations. In this role, you will be the primary voice and digital receptionist for our practice, handling approximately 60–70 calls per day . You will schedule routine patient appointments, route clinical messages, update patient demographic data, and assist with insurance verification—all directly within the Epic EMR platform.
