Business Development & Growth Manager - Federal & B2B

Description Quantum Sky is seeking a Business Development & Growth professional responsible for driving revenue across two complementary markets: federal government customers and B2B opportunities as a subcontractor/partner. This role will own the full business-development lifecycle—from identifying and qualifying opportunities through developing relationships, shaping requirements, building partnerships, and supporting capture and proposal activities. The ideal candidate understands the federal cybersecurity and compliance ecosystem, including FedRAMP, ATO/RMF, federal contracting, and GRC, and can translate those capabilities into compelling customer and partner opportunities. The role is particularly focused on growing sales of cybersecurity products and managed services into the federal market while building a strong pipeline of B2B subcontracting opportunities through Federal System Integrators (FSIs).
