Inside Sales Supervisor Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours About the Role We’re looking for an Inside Sales Supervisor to help manage and grow the day-to-day sales operation while leading a small sales/customer service team. You’ll work directly with company leadership and own the sales lifecycle from inbound inquiries through quoting, closing, shipping coordination, and post-sale follow-up. You’ll also coach a two-person support team, delegate tasks, and help ensure customers receive a strong experience throughout the sales process. This is a high-autonomy, startup-like environment suited to someone who is confident speaking with customers, enjoys coaching a small team, and is comfortable solving different problems each day. What You’ll Own Inbound Sales & Customer Communication Answer incoming calls and emails from current customers and leads. Demonstrate strong knowledge of the company’s products.
