Event Travel Manager

Purpose of the Role: To provide the highest possible level of Event Travel Management to key clients, General Manager, Global Head of Event Travel, Team Leads and the Event Travel Team overall. To develop relationships across all areas of Navan sharing best in class market knowledge of Event Travel and thus supporting clients’ key objectives in arranging events To ensure maximum revenue generation in all areas of Navan Event Travel while always ensuring significant return on investment to the client Key Responsibilities: As a primary client liaison of the Event Travel Department, you will further the vision and goals of Navan by providing outstanding support across the US. Assist our travellers with best-in-class personalized travel support, by helping them resolve issues before, during, and after travel. This may require helping with basic cancellations, changes, and updates to hotel, flight, car, and/or rail bookings.
