As an HR generalist, you will be responsible for various tasks and responsibilities. You aim to create an efficient and harmonious work environment while supporting the company's overall goals and objectives. Responsibilities: 1. Staffing and Recruitment ( focus more on Igaming recruitment) Conduct salary research to ensure competitive compensation packages for newly created positions. Source, arrange, and coordinate interviews with candidates through various channels. Prepare salary proposals for the selected candidates. Manage the onboarding process for new hires. Handle the exit process for departing employees. 2. Employee Relation (People Experience) Address internal employee queries on HR-related topics. Handle employee complaints and grievances.
