Growth Marketer

About the Role We are seeking a creative, strategic and results-driven Growth Marketer to take ownership of our organic marketing strategy and drive business growth through compelling content and audience engagement. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building brands, creating engaging content and developing growth strategies that generate measurable results. You'll be responsible for the entire organic marketing function—from strategy and content creation through to execution, community management and performance analysis. Working closely with the founders, you'll have the opportunity to shape the brand's voice, grow its online presence and make a direct impact on business success. Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop and own the overall organic marketing strategy. Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across all key platforms. Create engaging short-form content, including videos, reels, carousels, graphics and written posts. Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns and marketing materials.
