Represent the company professionally at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Lead and manage the sales cycle from lead generation through close, ensuring alignment with established procedures. Maintain a robust sales pipeline through continuous prospecting and lead qualification. Track and report performance metrics and customer feedback to support decision-making and continual improvement. Respond to customer inquiries and RFPs, ensuring compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
