About the Role Matter Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support older adults in Atlanta, GA. At Matter Health , our NP's are more than just providers — they are Panel Owners. You will manage a dedicated panel of older adults as their ongoing primary care provider, building strong, lasting relationships within the communities you serve. This is a fully community-based position with no traditional clinic home base.
