SAP Data Engineer

Job location: Remote, India About the role: We are looking for an experienced SAP Data Engineer / SAP ABAP Engineer to join our Data Engineering team and strengthen in-house capabilities in the SAP ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of SAP application development, business processes, data integration, and enterprise data engineering. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on SAP ABAP development experience, combined with a good grasp of SAP business processes — preferably SAP Sales & Distribution (SD). You will work closely with SAP functional consultants, business stakeholders, data engineers, and external SAP partners to understand requirements, develop SAP customizations, build data integrations, and enable reliable movement of SAP data into our broader data ecosystem. You are the right candidate if you have a solid SAP ABAP technical foundation, knowledge of the modern SAP tech stack, in particular Data Sphere, and an interest in ensuring SAP integrates well within a modern cloud data environment.
