Requirements Key Responsibilities: Client Portfolio Management : Build and grow a portfolio of online advertising clients. Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction. Campaign Analysis & Optimization : Monitor client campaigns regularly to identify performance gaps and propose actionable improvements. Generate and interpret campaign reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and other web analytics platforms. Client Support : Act as the first point of contact for your clients, providing support via chat, email, and tickets. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., publishers) to resolve issues and meet client needs. Market Research & Strategy : Research trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities to help clients achieve their goals.
