JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Overview The Revenue Cycle Specialist will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on order to cash handling tasks. This position will collaborate with team leadership, help support team projects and initiatives, and regularly collaborate cross-functionally to support the Revenue Cycle and Order to Cash functions. Essential Duties include but are not limited to the following: Serve as a process SME to internal department team members on internal processes and source documents. Perform all team essential duties proficiently; including resolution of all Revenue processes, handling queues in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, and troubleshooting patient claims.
