Remote | Full Time M-F 9-5pm EDT My Hero VA helps U.S. businesses hire exceptional remote talent from Latin America, South Africa and other places around the world. We’re looking for someone organized, proactive, confident, and highly responsive to own the hiring process from job post through successful placement. This is a recruiting + client success role. You’ll work directly with clients, interview candidates, quality-check candidates, coordinate interviews for clients, manage replacements, and make sure every hiring process keeps moving. If you've excelled in recruiter and/or customer services/quality control roles in the past, then you will do well here.
