Essential Job Duties The Sr. Director, Integrated & Brand Marketing is responsible for defining and scaling BambooHR ’s brand presence, market perception, and top-of-funnel demand creation strategy. This leader owns brand strategy, integrated campaigns, content marketing, media investment, events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships while ensuring a consistent narrative across the customer journey.
